Carlos' coaching philosophy is that each athlete can always find a positive in every single training session and result - this is not solely based on race times. He loves getting to know his athletes on a personal level and better understanding their "why?" when it comes to running and their goals. Carlos' favorite part of running is that you don't have to run against anyone if you don't want to - there's plenty to achieve when the approach is "you vs. you".
